Registration includes; All Scientific Sessions and specialty programmatic sessions, Friday Welcome Reception, Saturday morning session for the Posters of Distinction Award, Saturday afternoon session for trainees and residents on their financial future, and Saturday evening Presidentís Reception and Dinner. Badges should be worn to all sessions and social events (no additional tickets will be needed). Additional Presidentís Reception/Dinner tickets will be available during the registration process and onsite for additional guests.
Cancellations cannot be made via the online website or telephone, but must be made in writing (email, fax, or mail) to the NESS Administrative Offices: 500 Cummings Center, Suite 4400, Beverly, MA 01915, USA. You may email your correspondence to the NESS administrative offices. If written notice of cancellation is received on or before August 31st, 2019, less a 50 USD administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 31st, 2019. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
