Active & Affiliate NESS Members please note: If you are an Active or Affiliate member (i.e., not Senior nor Candidate), your membership dues must be paid up in order to register for the Annual Meeting. You may pay any outstanding dues by following the directions within the Members Only Area. It may take a few business days for your dues payment to be reflected in the registration site, so if you are having difficulties registering after paying your dues, please contact the NESS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants may cancel their registration up to and including Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request to meetings@nesurgical.org. If cancelled online, a refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
