The virtual State Caucuses are integral to the operation of the NESS. The Caucuses will be held via videoconference prior to the in-person 2024 Annual Meeting. The Society strongly encourages you to participate in your state's 1-hour meeting, during which the following will be discussed:

• Active membership proposals: It is recommended that each Active membership applicant have at least one of their sponsors present at the Caucus to advocate and vouch for them.
• Appointments to State Representative positions.
• Other state-specific issues
