It is possible that the block of rooms (or specific room types) set aside for the NESS will fill before this cut-off date; you are strongly encouraged to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Please note that rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel’s availability.
The Group Rate for New England Surgical Society attendees varies by night and is either $249 or $419 per night. These room rates are subject to any applicable taxes, service fees, and/or hotel-specific facility fees in effect at the time of the meeting.

By reserving a room within the NESS group block, you help the NESS avoid exposure to penalties for not fulfilling its room block commitments, and thus you support the NESS not only in 2026, but also in future meetings.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and other date changes must be made no later than 2 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit charge of one night’s room and tax. All room type requests are not guaranteed and will be assigned based upon availability at time of check-in. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.
