Reserve your room before the Housing Cut-Off Date of Wednesday, August 15, 2012. When making Reservations please select the Samoset Hotel and enter the Group/Convention code of NESS2011 to obtain the group rate of 239 USD per night. If you are looking to book rooms outside of the dates of 9/19-9/23 you will need to call the main Samoset reservations number at (800) 341-1650; be sure either to inform them you are with the New England Surgical Society or give them the group code referenced above. Rooms outside of the meeting dates are based on the hotel’s availability.

Group Rate is $239.00 a night plus:

  • 7% state and local tax
  • $25.00 Resort Fee

    Room Cancellation Policy:
    Credit card information is required when making a reservation in order to hold the room. All cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the reservation date or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
